The national scale issuer credit ratings on TUHF Limited (“Limited”) and TUHF Holdings Limited (“Holdings”) reflect the credit strengths and weaknesses of the TUHF Group (“TUHF or group”) under TUHF Holdings Limited. Despite being a holding company, we see (and therefore include) no contractual or structural subordination into the rating of the Holding Company.
